Siobhan Murphy serves as HHD’s deputy director for administration. She oversees the design and maintenance of systems for communication, fiscal, and information management. As a member of the HHD Leadership/Management Team, she also contributes to shaping HHD’s mission, long-term vision, and annual business development strategies, and manages the support systems to implement them. A graduate of the University of Michigan School of Public Health, Ms. Murphy previously worked for the health department for the City of Boston and the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities.
